We are affiliated with a franchise travel company Dream Vacations as to allow us access to the BEST pricing on travel worldwide. Our job is to get you access to these fantastic offers to travel.

How is CruzSmarter able to get BEST pricing?

 

Through our relationship with Dream Vacations, we are able to block cruise cabins months to years in advance as to offer you great savings on upcoming or future cruises worldwide. Land travel varies by location but never are we higher than other agencies.

Does the CruzSmarter staff have experience in travel?

 

Our staff consists of travelers that have logged over 750 days at sea and with many different cruise lines. Additionally, we have access to qualified travel experts on any travel we have not taken as to ensure you are well prepared for your vacation.

What Happens if I cannot travel the dates I have booked?

 

If the booking is one of our “Deals” then most likely the deposits are refundable up to the last day final payment is due. Depending on vendor and length of vacation it is no less than 90 days before departure and as long as 180 days before departure, that your deposit can be refundable without penalty. Travel insurance is always recommended and each contract varies as to refundable costs. This will be discussed upon booking.

What if I want to change my departure times/dates?

 

This is generally not allowed after final payment is made. If it is before final payment date then call us ASAP

when you need to change. This may involve repricing the travel as well and subject to availability.

What if I want to extend my vacation or go early before the contracted travel begins?

 

We can offer you options as to where you might stay in advance or post days of your vacation. We can offer you land excursions as well as hotels types you prefer to stay in.

Do you offer family travel?

 

We are able to book as many or as few as one cabin or traveler. Further discounts are available for multiple reservations made through us. Just let us know how many travelers you would like us to quote for.
